- Programme management of international teams using Scrum to deliver services for Yahoo! Frontpage and My Yahoo! across Europe
- Product and Sprint Backlogs, Sprint planning, daily updates, retrospectives, issue escalation, risk analysis, and stakeholder communications
- Cross-functional teams (engineering, web-development, QA)
- Geographically disperse teams, including London, Paris, Grenoble, Munich, Milan, and Madrid.
